The Best Way To Detoxify

One of the best ways to detoxify is to work with your body's own systems.  This is where natural health comes in and plays a role.  It's always best to work with your body instead of inflicting chemical demands.  Here are the steps necessary to build the body nutritionally so that it can detoxify itself naturally.

First, you have to support your liver with organic fruits and vegetables as well as herbs.  If you allow the liver function to be built nutritionally then the liver will be able to detoxify your body naturally. 

Second, you have to assist your body in the removal of toxins from the fat cells and the extracellular matrix.  The way to accomplish this is by increasing its overall nutritional health by eating healthy.  Again, this goes back to eating organic fruits and vegetables.

Next, you have to support the intracellular processes nutritionally for optimal health.  There are supplements to help with cellular health and healing if you feel that you are not getting enough nutrition from what you eat.

In today's society this is more important than ever, since the detoxification programs from the 20th century are not really working so well for people in the 21st century.  A lot of it has to do with the fact that in today's children the intestinal microbiomes are deranged by the widespread use of antibiotics. Now add to this our not-so-healthy eating habits which are so well adapted by today's society and we have damage occurring inside the cells which inhibits the body's natural ability to detoxify itself. 

Fortunately it is not too late to start reversing the damage.  And the good news is that once the above steps are in and the intracellular function is healthy again and working, your body can once again focus more easily on removing the toxins naturally.
