Yoga and Back Pain Relief

The back is a well-designed body part that is made up of bones, muscles, nerves, and soft body tissues. It's a very important part of the human body mainly because the bones of the back act as a supporting frame for the whole body.

The back muscles and the abdominal muscles work simultaneously to keep the body upright and mobile. However, because of the everyday stresses we face, many individuals tend to overwork or overuse their back muscles, which then leads them to back pain.

Back pain may hinder your daily performance or even worse, it may cause you to take time off work and spend most of your days layed up in bed hoping for the pain to go away.

  2. Yup! Yoga has great benefits, but it can also cause backaches especially to the beginners. On the other hand, treatment like those brought by TENS electrodes can help as well. So, worry no more yoga enthusiasts.
