Building Core Strength and Stability

Adding the Stability Ball to your workout routine will add more benefits to your workouts then just about any other piece of equipment. Sometimes you might come across the Stability Ball by a couple other names, such as; Physio-Ball or Swiss-Ball.


So what exactly is a Stability Ball?

It's a large round rubbery feeling ball that is filled with air and can be used in a great number of exercises that build core strength as well as the best of your body.

You can find this Physio-Ball or Swiss-Ball used in gym classrooms all over the world, not to mention throughout some homes.

When properly inflated it can hold weights as high as 600 pounds or so. (please be sure to check the weight limit of the ball you are using and that it is properly inflated before you begin to use it in your workout routine)
